**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will support the Singapore Middle Office team across various middle office functions:

- Compliance and Documentation_
- Responsible for the administration and documentation necessary across middle office functions (e.g., corporate agreements, investor fund documentation, investment management agreements, etc)
- Coordinate between internal parties and external service providers/brokers for the setup and maintenance of trading accounts and other non-investment functions
- Ensure compliance with administrative requirements of regulatory bodies
- Finance and Accounting_
- Assist with invoicing and payroll related tasks
- Collate accounting documents for outsourced bookkeeping team
- Review trading statements from brokers
- Assist finance team with preparation of internal reports and review of accounting reports/regulatory submissions prepared by our outsourced bookkeeping team
- General Administration_
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills to liaise effectively with counterparties
- Quick learner and possess flexibility in delivering efficient and innovative solutions
- Able to multitask and work independently but collaborate with and support colleagues where required in other areas of work when assigned to do so
- Strong team player & fast learner who can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Organised, good time management, meticulous and great attention to details
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree holders in Business Administration / Accounting or the equivalent will be highly preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
