We are looking for self-driven and passionate individuals to join our growing warehouse team and contribute to the team’s growth.

**Job description**
- Ensure timely completion of all sale invoices.
- Verify that items picked match the invoices for accuracy.
- Manage delivery issues and assist the customer service team in coordinating with carriers for customer deliveries.
- Perform weekly checks of 3PL warehouse inventory report against the system.
- Help the Warehouse Manager with monthly stock take.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in achieving department/company goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow general housekeeping guidelines to meet warehouse standards in a safe and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and computer usage.
- Knowledge of shipping company bookings is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support overtime for mega events.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth scheduling and pick-up processes.
- Minimum education requirement: GCE O level or higher (or equivalent).
- Initiative and reliability are essential traits.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
