Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Acquire New VIPs based on personal network (Rival Exchanges etc)
- Establish partnership with third party vendors to bring in new VIP
- Hiring sales managers based strategically at local market to hunt more VIPs
- Expanding & focusing on acquisition plans. Conduct offline events etc.
- Be responsible for onboarding newly acquired VIPs and servicing the next 6 months to upsell VIP refer VIP before passing down to RMs.
**Requirements**:
- Seven or more years of managing sales within a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
