Overview:
CPS Family Office Services PTE LTD is a Singapore based tax and consulting business servicing high net worth families throughout the region. We provide international families with a comprehensive suite of solutions to address the full lifecycle of family governance from tax planning and compliance to family office establishment and administration.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our growing tax compliance and client services team in Singapore. The Accounting Associate will work directly with our Senior Tax Manager. Responsibilities include interacting with clients both in person and through electronic means, obtaining and reviewing accounting and financial information, preparing workpapers, and calculations. The role will provide experience and training in tax and compliance issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and update the company and client records
- Work closely with clients to obtain personal and financial information
- Inform clients of important paperwork and documentation needed to complete tax forms accurately
- Review financial statements, expenses and previous tax returns to identify the best strategy for completing future returns
- Prepare consolidated internal use financial statements and other workpapers and calculations
- Prepare calculations and worksheets for client tax planning engagements
Qualifications:

- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Some prior working experience
- Strong numeracy and computer literacy skills (spreadsheets in particular)
- CPS Family Office Services will be prioritizing applicants who do not require sponsorship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
