Quintessential Education (QE) is Singapore’s leading provider of pre-tertiary academic programmes and university admissions advisory for students in the IGCSE and IB curriculum. We are a fast-growing business looking for a dedicated and talented addition to our team. From digital marketing to word-of-mouth promotion, you will help shape the voice of our company and communicate with an international clientele to grow our business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented marketing associate / intern to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of marketing.

**Job Duties**
- Oversee marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)
- Develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content

Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram account
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and curriculum

**Job Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Good attitude to learn and improve
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlines
- Preferably familiar with Social media, Google ads, and Website design

**What You’ll Learn**
- Implementation of marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)
- How to develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
- How to manage Google Adwords and Analytics account
- How to manage Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram accounts
- How to manage website and blog accounts

**Additional Details**

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10AM to 7PM

**Salary**: This is a paid internship for 6 weeks. $1000

Office Location: 545 Orchard Road, #14-09, S238882.

Pay: $1,000.00 per month
