About the role

This full time Sales Associate position is for Alice + Olivia and Brooks Brothers.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of the store.

  • Accountable for reaching personal sales goals and contributing in achieving the store goal
  • Utilize company selling tools to ensure customers receive excellent customer service
  • Maintain current product knowledge and utilize it to maximize daily sales
  • Accountable for maintaining and updating client books with detailed information on customers
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand. Maintain company visual standards at all times.
  • Handle daily store operations
  • Provide support in-store operations, including sales, inventory movements, etc.
  • Comply with all point of sale policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • A brand ambassador who is energetic and has an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain long term relationships with customers through offering impeccable customer care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Provides support to in-store operations, including sales, inventory movements, etc.
  • Passion for the luxury retail industry and knowledge of high-end products and trends
  • Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
  • Nitec, 'N' Level or above
  • Immediate availability or on short notice is highly preferred
  • 2-years in fashion retail experience
