Respond to customer queries and concerns with the aim of achieving excellent service standard
- Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
- Provide respondents' feedback to respective departments to improve customer experience
- Evaluating and processing Return requests from customers
- Perform after
- call administration work such as job opening, generate customs document/parcel manifest, filing and all related matters
- Liaise with transporter to ensure B2C shipments are delivered promptly to parcel sorting center for processing
- Prepare billing to B2C clients for submission before the cut-off date
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports as required by Management and B2C clients
- Suggest Standard Operating Procedures for new procedures or processes that help create efficiency for the team

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum O Levels with at least 3 years of prior experience in B2C customer service
- Meticulous in providing accurate information and a good problem solver
- Able to handle difficult customers with high EQ
- Willing to work alternate Saturdays and Sundays
