**About KiteSense**

KiteSense is an EdTech startup company. Here, we recognise that every learner has a different innate learning ability. Thus, we seek to empower every learner to attain mastery by forging individual learning pathways via differentiated instruction and adaptive learning. KiteSense is a cloud-based recommender with its AI engine at the core that scaffolds learning tasks and optimize learning pathways for individuals based on his/her profile. Using data collected from formative assessments, KiteSense personalises the learning content and pace for individuals to meet their needs.

We have brought our solutions to schools and learning institutions in Singapore and have seen positive outcomes in terms of improving average scores, levelling up the lower quartile students’ score, as well as achieving a higher confidence and enjoyment in the learning process.

**Job Brief**

We are looking for a talented professional with an agile mindset to join KiteSense. As Learning Technology Consultant, you will work closely with the Managing Director and the senior management team on business development and partnership efforts to scale the business in the higher education and adult learning sectors.

Your primary areas of responsibilities will focus on identifying opportunities, developing business plans, forging customer or partner relationship to create value streams for KiteSense in Singapore and overseas markets. Your responsibilities include:

- Identifying growth industry sectors, learning institutions, corporates and government agencies as potential customers and/or partners.
- Manage and grow customer/partner accounts.
- Develop plans and engage customers/partners for business initiatives.
- Develop and implement trials plans, onboarding users, as well as seed and implement follow-on growth plans for customers/partners.
- Work with internal teams to provide quality service to our customers/partners and ensure top-class experience using KiteSense products.

- Preferably a good bachelor degree; however, we will consider your relevant experience and positive attributes for the position.
- Good written and oral ability in business English and presentation skills.
- Project management skillset or experience.
- Working knowledge of IT tools and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great values that will bring positive energy to the team
- Willing to learn and courage to overcome challenges.
