**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in parents.
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the tuition centre.
- Demonstrate learning software to parents with good manners.
- Handle course enrolment, cancellation, rescheduling, and renewal matters.
- Support the essential maintenance of tuition centre facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of tuition centre as and when required.
- Record educational related videos and uploaded to the social media.
- Being familiar with registration or learning software will be an added advantage.
- Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- No experience is required; the training will be given.
- Passionate about work even during challenging times.
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate with both Chinese and English-speaking clients.
- Willing to be trained as a Teacher.
- Able to prioritise the work from a pile of clutter.
- Fast-paced working environment and able to multi-task, meticulous.
- **Working hours is from Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 6:30pm.
