[What the role is]

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, DIGITAL LAB

[What you will be working on]

You will work closely with the leadership team, technology stakeholders like DA/AI, GIS, BIM, ground-up innovation stakeholders like TO, HR, industry engagement stakeholders like T&ID and various business units across the organisation on the running of the Digital Lab and its initiatives. In this role, you will work as a team to:

- Enable collaborations by streamlining processes to accelerate co-creation like platform-enabling data assets for greater sharing internally and externally, managing data life cycle to facilitate digital value chain progression, leveraging sandbox to unlock data values for digital creations
- Encourage creations by liberating technologies to bolster co-development like leveraging sandbox to experiment with emerging technologies, co-create digital innovations and cross-share knowledge, designing more sustainable and cost-effective digital solutions with broader aggregation in perspective, co-developing with in-house expertise to minimise continual dependency on technology vendors
- Strategise and design the overall programme to elicit the above 3 outcomes
- Serve as tandem product manager for the Workplace-on-the-Move app for its direction, roadmap and plans
- Manage the equipment, resources, accessories housed under the Digital Lab
- Support the events that is scheduled at the Digital Lab

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Technology, Business or Engineering
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical terms in layman and collaborate with others
- Reliable, independent and passionate contributor to deliver consistent results and performance
- Self-directed and active learner who is motivated to become an expert in his/her role
- Strong advocate and evangelist for data, technologies and digitalisation
- Able to build consensus across different functions and stakeholders
- Good consideration of user experience and design thinking is a plus
