**Senior Talent Partner - Singapore (APJ)**

**About the Role**
Are you ready to shape the future of tech hiring at Rubrik? We are seeking a passionate Senior Talent Partner to drive the growth and expansion of our Sales and GTM teams across APJ. This is a pivotal moment to join our journey as we continue scaling high-performing teams and redefining the data security and management space with our industry-leading Zero Trust Data Security platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with APJ Sales leadership and other key stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, from concept to implementation, tailored to business needs.
- Act as a**thought partner on market trends, providing insights and guidance to leaders and the recruiting team.
- Analyze recruiting data to provide actionable recommendations and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through programmatic recruitment efforts.

**Who You Are**
- 8+ years of experience in a dynamic GTM recruiting environment (ideally in-house), preferably in high-tech or fast-scale organizations.
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple requisitions across functions and seniority levels.
- Strong attention to detail while able to operate at a strategic level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacious, high-energy, with a sense of urgency and integrity.
- Comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders across APJ countries.
- Japanese language skills are a strong plus.
