- Assist the ACOO by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
- Maintain ACOO schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel and reporting deadlines
- Manage guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Represent the ACOO by attending meetings in the ACOO’s absence and speaking for the ACOO, as and when required
- Record meetings discussion, minutes, formalize the information and follow up action
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications etc.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years of working experience as Executive Assistant, supporting senior management.
- Experienced in preparing reports in English and Simplified Chinese
