- Position Title**:Assistant Manager (Legal/ Compliance) / Legal Counsel**:

- Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am - 6 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $5,800 + Meal Allowance + Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and negotiate various legal documents including but not limited to Lease Agreements, Service Agreements, and correspondence/letters to external stakeholders
- Provide legal advice and guidance (with the help of external lawyers engaged by the company where necessary) on legal and regulatory matters to the Management team
- Guide the various departments and business units to identify, assess and mitigate legal-related risks
- Administer, coordinate, and ensure compliance with legal obligations in all agreements
- Maintain and review agreement templates regularly and in accordance with any changes in regulations where necessary
- Handle litigation/legal cases by liaising with internal stakeholders and external lawyers engaged by the company
- Evaluate the regulatory compliance program
- Perform legal research and keep abreast of relevant laws relating to the company’s operations and advice on the impact of such changes on operations and business directions
- Maintain and update the database of existing and new agreements and follow up with relevant stakeholders for expiring agreements for them to follow up
- Liaise with Corporate Secretary for Corporate Governance matters

- At least 3 years of related working experience in law firm or in-house legal advisor, preferably in MNCs/ logistics/ commercial industry
- At least a Diploma in Law or a related discipline
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance issues
- Working experience in contract law and managing agreements from start to end of the contract (full life cycle)
