**Responsibilities**:

- Technology Strategy**:Information Technical Director **responsible for developing and implementing the overall technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals. This inculpates emerging IT technologies, evaluating their potential impact, and making recommendations on their adoption or integration into the company's operations.
- Technology Innovation: A vital role in driving innovation within the organization. This involves researching and exploring new technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation, and fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. He may lead or collaborate with research and development teams to create new IT products (Mobile Applications and Web Portals), services, or processes that give the company a competitive edge.
- Technical Leadership: As the senior technology executive, the **Information Technical Director **provides technical leadership and guidance to the organization. The **Information Technical Director **also promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices across different teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

- In-depth knowledge of the Information Technology, New Upcoming Technology like Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Application development in IT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to envision the company's future and formulate effective strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities for growth.
