**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing**:

- Analyse digital marketing performance and provide insights for optimisation and improvement. Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment of digital marketing with organisational priorities.
- **Content Strategy & Development**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organisation objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging and relevant content including videos/reels for our social media campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Work and guide external agency on content related matters.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- **Brand and Channel Management**
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints.
- Manage day-to-day operations of owned digital channels including websites, social media accounts and EDM.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree from a recognised university
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing & Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content for both on and offline channels
- Proven track record in planning and delivering successful integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent writing, editing and production skills, with a strong sense of impactful story telling and keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS)
- Experience with content marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Insights)
- Experience managing external agencies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good people management skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
