**About the Role**
The Sales Director SEA (Resellers) is an important role at Ogury and will be an integral part of our growth plan. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and driving the resellers strategy to grow revenue and markets in the SEA region.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of APAC, you will drive the revenue growth and partnerships with our resellers. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow our resellers business in the SEA region as Ogury continues to strengthen our position in the Adtech industry.
**What You'll Do**:
- Partner with the APAC MD to formulate reseller strategy for the region aligned with the Ogury growth plan
- Partner with our resellers to grow our revenue and increase our reach through GTM strategies in the SEA Region
- Identifying ideal targets/ prospect list and “rules of engagement” with other sales leaders.
- Creating processes focused on repeatable and scalable tasks, identifying tools needed to succeed, evaluating what’s working, and partnering cross-functionally with insights, customer success, ad ops, etc.
- Lead strategic agency and client pitches within reseller markets
- Strengthen relationships with our resellers on the ground, traveling whenever required
- Tracking activity throughout all facets of the sales cycle to help guide towards key growth decisions and bring success triggers to the forefront for faster expansion; in other words, measure everything through effective use of Salesforce to determine those activities that are best predictors of success, evaluate sales funnel, effectiveness of outreach, and set KPIs.

- Has a passion in building businesses and teams from ground up
- Good collaborator with regional leaders and cross-functional teams. Loves the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works and being in front of potential clients.
- Experienced in working with resellers flying in and out of markets and growing them from scratch
