**Your Mission**:
As the Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store—driving sales, inspiring your team, and ensuring every inch of the store reflects our high standards. You'll take ownership of everything from daily operations and people management to inventory and financial performance.

- Set the tone for a warm, uplifting, and personalized shopping experience.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to build meaningful relationships.
- Ensure every team member embodies the Little Farms spirit.
- **️**Operational & Financial Leadership**
- Oversee day-to-day store operations with precision and efficiency.
- Lead inventory management, ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
- Plan and execute monthly and biannual stock takes.
- Analyze store performance through P&L reviews and operational insights.Assist in crafting the store’s annual budget alongside the Director of Operations.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of customer-focused individuals.
- Schedule shifts, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Foster a positive team culture that values growth, communication, and results.Celebrate wins, support challenges, and drive a high-performance culture.

**Merchandising & Sales Strategy**:

- Collaborate on pricing strategy and promotional planning.
- Guide visual merchandising that aligns with store themes and sales goals.Stay ahead of market trends to introduce creative sales initiatives.

**Reporting & Communication**:Provide weekly reports to Senior Management on performance, initiatives, and opportunities.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A **customer-first mindset**and a natural drive for excellence.
- At least **6 years of experience**in a retail management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of **driving sales and profitability**.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in **inventory, staffing, compliance, and budget planning**.
