As a C**ustomer Service Representative** at Das Umbrella, you will not be the typical Customer Service, Customer Care or Call Centre person - handling the same issues over and over again everyday.

You will be exposed to a variety of proprietary strategies that we use to scale our e-commerce businesses and learn how we manages the consumer experience while expanding to 7 countries globally.

You will join a young and ambitious team determined to put Das Umbrella on the world map as one of the best e-commerce companies in the world. We take pride in having a culture of high performance, excellence while supporting each other and learning together.

What you’ll do:_**
- Collect and analyses customer's enquiries and feedbacks. develop and document such knowledge into useful contents.
- Support the team in suggesting creative contents useful in cutting down mundane repeated enquiries.
- Assist in building a positive Customer Experience from start to end.
- Understanding Customer's needs and providing information of Company's offerings
- Suggesting constant improvement to our simple system our measuring Customer Happiness and Satisfaction.

**_Requirement_**
- Excellent English
- Calm and Friendly disposition
- Strong interest in Marketing/Ecommerce
- Understands customers POV, generally an empathetic person
- Good learning attitude

**_Remuneration Budget_**

Up to Singapore Dollars SGD 2,400 basic per month
