Our client is a Japanese freight forwarding company and they are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team. The role of a Sales Support Coordinator is to support existing customers.
You will be reporting to the Manager
【 What you will be doing 】
- Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Managing existing customers by increasing trade volume.
- Cold call potential customers and provide quotations and proposals.
- Liaise and coordinate all sales-related inquiries promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain and file customer tariffs and quotations.
- Work closely with operations/sales/accounts teams for the billing and outstanding payment
follow-up.

- Possess minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics major.is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales support coordinator.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Able to start immediately/on short notice is highly preferred
- **Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:30
