Our Client is a top Asian bank, seeking an IAC Compliance AVP based in Singapore. You will be playing a vital role supporting the bank’s implementation of the recent Individual Accountability and Conduct (IAC) framework. This includes ensuring all documentation and processes are up to date, preparing reports on regulatory developments and training stakeholders across seniorities on IAC matters.**You will**:

- Possess a relevant degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience within a bank or financial institution.
- Experience with regulatory controls and framework essential
- Some experience with IAC framework preferred but not required
- Be comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
