**Role and Responsibilities -**
- To support the bank’s maintenance and improvement in Individual Accountability and Conduct (IAC) framework including:

- Keeping required IAC documentation and processes up to date, including but not limited to policy reviews, Assignment & Authorisation (A&A) documentation for Senior Managers (SMs) and Material Risk Personnel (MRPs), mandatory training for SMs/MRPs, fit and proper checks, and so on.);
- Keeping abreast of and preparing reports on regulatory developments related to the IAC framework in Singapore and its equivalent in other jurisdictions such as the UK, HK and Australia;
- Playing a Secretariat role for the bank’s Executive Management Committee (EMC) and Global Steering Group Meeting (GSGM);
- Delivering training and communication on IAC matters to businesses/stakeholders when needed; and
- Liaising with HO depts & APAC branches for information sharing and to comply with relevant regulations.

**Requirements -**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Team oriented, with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience in Compliance or Risk & Control function in a bank is essential, workng knowledge of IAC is an added advantage
- Experience in implementing, advising and executing regulatory framework and policies is highly desirable
- Consulting experience is an added advantage
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong presentation communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Culturally sensitive
