**Overview**:
Responsible for setting HR directions and initiatives that align with and drive business growth. This position serves as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights, guidance, and support on all aspects of HR strategy and execution.

**Responsibilities:
**1. Strategic HR Leadership**:

- Develop and communicate HR strategies that support and enable the organization's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead the HR team in the formulation of long-term HR plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.

**2. Organizational Development and Talent Management**:

- Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent critical to the organization's success.
- Partner with business leaders to identify future workforce needs and develop succession plans to build a pipeline of high-potential employees.

**3. Change Management and Transformation**:

- Lead organizational change initiatives by providing strategic direction, change management expertise, and support to business leaders and employees.
- Drive cultural transformation efforts to foster an agile, innovative, and high-performance culture that supports business growth and adaptation.

**4. HR Policy Development and Compliance**:

- Establish HR policies, procedures, and practices that promote fairness, equity, and compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR practices are consistent across the organization while allowing for flexibility to meet the unique needs of different business units.

**5. Employee Engagement and Well-being**:

- Champion employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute their best. Promote employee well-being and work-life balance through the development of comprehensive wellness programs and support services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Possessed years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of setting HR directions that drive business growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans and initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and lead complex organizational transformations.
