Working across the APAC business you will be supporting the Director of Research and Insight service our colleagues primarily in IMG Media, IMG Events, IMG Golf, UFC and 160over90. Responsibilities and job title will be commensurate with experience, but the roles will involve developing sales narratives for sponsorship and media rights pitches, understanding category and market trends, and developing solutions to track performance across social media. For brand clients, you will provide the insights to support the strategic and creative direction Endeavor recommends. For all our colleagues and clients, you will proactively share or summarize reports, articles and insights that are pertinent to the relevant business area.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of Endeavor Analytics’ products and capabilities
- Become an expert in utilizing a range of syndicated research tools, initially focusing on GlobalWebIndex, YouGov, Audiense, SimilarWeb, Infegy, Tubular and Meltwater
- Build a deep understanding over time of the challenges of rights holders and brands within sport and entertainment, identifying opportunities to expand support within and outside Endeavor
- Be hands on leveraging our extensive analytics tool kit to support and drive our business in APAC forward

Knowledge & Skills
- Natural ability to synthesize large quantities of data, draw conclusions, and present these clearly
- A basic understanding of the major revenue streams within the sports and entertainment industry, and a desire to build a career in this area
- A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Solid communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups etc)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
