Requisition ID: 76278Job Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to understand operational pain points, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver practical automation solutions that improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Define and implement the automation technology stack with significant autonomy to select tools and build solutions that will be standardized and deployed across all Skyworks factories globally. Drive data-driven digital transformation projects that replace manual Excel-based tracking with automated systems, digitize paper-based workflows, and establish single sources of truth for manufacturing data, reducing decision-making time from days to minutes. Develop custom automation workflows to address specific operational challenges and unique use cases across Skyworks manufacturing environment. Integrate equipment, sensors, and data systems to create a connected manufacturing environment that supports predictive maintenance and smarter operations. Lead the system automation team using DevOps best practices, ensuring robust version control, reliable deployments, and maintainable code across all automation initiatives Job Requirements Experience with SECS/GEM protocols and equipment automation in semiconductor manufacturing environments. Solid understanding of semiconductor MES systems and their integration within manufacturing operations. Strong database skills including SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience in SQL Server and Oracle environments. Programming proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, C#) with ability to develop and maintain production-quality code. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with systematic approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Strong collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with version controls systems and CI/CD pipelines. Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
