The Transaction Services Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position in the Special Handling Team in Core Operations. The overall objective of this role is to support review of police and court orders and account maintenance functions. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for review of police orders, court orders and responding to external law firms and regulatory bodies timely - Process requests from IRAS for tax purposes - Close follow through of requests from regulators and external law firms - Good understanding of Account Maintenance and document requirements - Verification and authorization of data in the systems - Ability to understand new work procedures, analyzes complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact eg. reduction in Manual Touch Points (MTP) - Identifies and support process improvements to enhance efficiencies and controls **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Good team player - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
