About The Team
The Corporate Function TA team supports Finance/Internal Audit/Corporate Development/Ethics Office/Corporate Strategy, a total of five departments. We as a team, have the courage to challenge ourselves and explore the unknown fields constantly. We live with innovation and creativity, dares to try new ideas and methods, and continuously seeks better solutions, we all believe how important to respect everyone's ideas and opinions, and create an open, inclusive, diversified working environment together.

**What You Will Do**:
1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with our people strategies.
2. Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team.
5. Provide effective and insightful data and reports to influence stakeholders and improve hiring goals.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualification**:
1. At least 3 years of full life-cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team
2. Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
2. Have function hiring experience whether in in-house or the agency
5. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself, dealing with ambiguity will be key
6. Optimistic and collaborative - we are building an awesome team and looking for someone keen to roll up their sleeves and join us as we start this exciting journey.
7. Ability to work cross-functionally & regionally across a global organization offering a fast-paced environment.
