**_Technical Asset Management
- **
- Technical Reporting of plants’ Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s);
- Interface with local energy authorities and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Management of equipment warranties includes the performance warranty or energy guaranteed tracking of PV plants;
- Management of contractual obligations;
- HSE management for O&M related activities.

**_Plant Operations & Maintenance
- **
- Plant monitoring to ensure that all systems are operating within expected conditions;
- Plant performance analysis and enhancements;
- Optimization of O&M backend processes;
- Provide level 1-3 support in troubleshooting and rectification of fault conditions;
- Preparation of HSE and related documents for work execution;
- Perform corrective maintenance activities such as equipment replacement and repair;
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance activities such as equipment replacement and repair based on LYS Standards Operations Procedures;
- Liaise and coordinate with client facility managers, HSE officers, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely work completion Manage O&M inventory to ensure key equipment and materials are available;
- Prepare performance reports to respective stakeholders;
- Quality assurance and quality checks on ongoing projects to ensure installation is up to LYS Standards Operations Procedures;
- Support testing and commissioning activities for newly installed projects to ensure that the PV system is built to specification and safe for operation;
- Management of additional services such as electrical shutdowns, site visits, etc;
- Maintain good working relationships with customers' and partners' technical and operational teams in order to provide customer care and ensure long-term customer satisfaction;
- Provide a continuous improvement management by identifying improvements to PV system design, operations, and maintenance approach, as well as materials and tool usage.

**Job Requirements/ Qualifications**:

- BSc/Msc in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, renewable/solar energy field or equivalent;
- Minimum 2-year experience in Solar PV industry;
- Proven track record in PV projects, PV O&M, supply chain, HSE management;
- Thorough knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and electrical systems;
- Understanding in SS638 and IEC standards for solar system;
- Understanding in battery storage system will be an added advantage;
- Work at height certification if any;
- Knowledge in programming will an added advantage;
- Willingness to work in hot environment and perform office duties;
- Travelling within the country will be required.
