**Your role**
- Are you an experience program manager with a track record of delivering process and strategic change? Do you enjoy delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions? Do you want to play a key role in the driving our digital transformation in GWM?
- We’re looking for a Program Manager to:
- manage all aspects of a program, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
- manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
- maintain a strong project governance structure and process to ensure accurate and timely reporting as well as effective and efficient delivery of the assigned program or sub-program
- support cultural change towards a continuous improvement mind-set

**Your team**
- You'll be working within the Global Wealth Management Operating Head South Asia & Japan team in Singapore. The function is responsible for driving GWM's digital transformation and operationalizing our strategy to extend our leadership in the region.

**Your expertise**
- ideally at least ten years line or project management experience
- outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- process optimization experience (Lean or Six Sigma knowledge and skills are a plus)
- agile methodology experience
- strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills
- able to collaborate with all levels within the organization especially senior stakeholders
- experienced in change programs
