Join us and help make the world a safer place Job Overview: The Senior Implementation manager will deliver software implementation projects on time, on budget and to the agreed upon scope to ensure project success. This is a client facing role, so you'll also be playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a project manager, you'll help deliver successful projects with exceptional customer experience. The overall success of the professional services organization depends on it. Location: 100% Remote, Asia region, preferred location is Singapore. Key Duties: - Will be notifying the client product manager of non-resolvable issues and submitting recommendations to resolve them. - Maintain regular contact with our clients' project managers and provide updates of project progress and answering any related questions. - Responsible for tracking the status of deliverables, project change requests and outstanding issues. - Ensure that any commitments and subsequent changes are negotiated with affected groups - and that the appropriate documents and project work plans are updated to reflect changes in requirements and commitments. **Requirements**: - A minimum of 5 years of related experience working as a project manager in a software implementation company. - Strong project management skills with Agile methodology. - Strong working knowledge of Google Docs or Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint as well as Confluence JIRA and other collaboration apps/toolsets - Excellent and concise communication and presentation skills - Experience implementing process improvements - Ability to manage multiple ongoing implementation and addressing issues in a timely manner mitigating risk and timelines overrun. - Proven leader such that all concern groups have confidence and trust that the project is well-managed Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge of AML and Sanctions compliance requirements of regulated institutions. **Our culture** **You will be co-creating our business solutions** We believe that your feedback allows us to create the best solutions as well as adjusted work culture.
