Position Summary As a Senior Implementation Analyst at Orchestrade, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our industry‐leading platform for both new and existing clients. This highly visible position demands a unique blend of robust technical acumen, exceptional client‐facing communication abilities, and proven project management skills. The ideal candidate will be a highly proactive and resourceful problem‐solver with a deep, comprehensive understanding of our solutions. You will be adept at translating complex client business requirements into precise and effective system configurations, ultimately driving client success and satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through every stage of their journey with Orchestrade. Key Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Project Leadership: Take ownership and provide expert leadership for the entire client implementation lifecycle, from the initial discovery and in-depth requirements gathering phases, through meticulous configuration, rigorous testing, comprehensive user training, and finally, successful go‐live. Strategic Client Collaboration: Forge strong, collaborative relationships with clients, diligently working to understand their unique business processes, strategic objectives, and existing technical environments. This includes identifying pain points and opportunities for optimization. Functional Specification Development: Skillfully translate intricate business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and precise system configurations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and system capabilities. Platform Configuration & Customization: Expertly configure and customize the Orchestrade platform to precisely meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal performance, intuitive usability, and seamless integration within their existing infrastructure. Comprehensive Training & Enablement: Design, develop, and deliver impactful and comprehensive training sessions for client users and administrators, empowering them to maximize their utilization of the Orchestrade platform. Rigorous Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough and systematic testing of implemented solutions, proactively identifying and meticulously resolving any issues, discrepancies, or performance bottlenecks to ensure a flawless deployment. Post‐Implementation Support & Guidance: Provide dedicated and ongoing support and expert guidance to clients during the critical post‐implementation phase, ensuring smooth operations and continued value realization. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a definitive subject matter expert for the Orchestrade platform, continuously staying abreast of new features, functionalities, and industry best practices to provide the most up‐to‐date insights to clients and internal teams. Methodology & Tool Enhancement: Actively contributes to the continuous development and improvement of our implementation methodologies, tools, templates, and documentation, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Cross‐Functional Teamwork: Work seamlessly and collaboratively with cross‐functional teams including sales, product development, and client solution teams to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction and achieve successful project outcomes. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior implementation analysts, fostering their professional growth and actively sharing invaluable knowledge, experience, and best practices within the team. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong foundation in relevant technical and business domains. Implementation Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or a similar client‐facing technical role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery. Portfolio Management Systems: Proven, hands‐on experience implementing portfolio management systems, showcasing a deep understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and risk management concepts. Technical Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of database concepts (e.g., SQL, relational databases), API integrations, and efficient data migration strategies. Analytical & Problem‐Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem‐solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to diagnose complex issues and devise effective solutions. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the innate ability to build rapport, foster strong client relationships, and articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Project Management Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Visual Studio for development and debugging, familiarity with various project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps), and experience with issue ticketing systems. Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel to client sites as needed, with travel requirements typically up to 25% of the time, and occasionally more depending on project demands. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification: Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), demonstrating a commitment to structured project management methodologies and best practices. Programming Experience: Practical experience with C# and Python scripting, which would be beneficial for customizing and extending the platform. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and a working knowledge of how they apply to software implementation projects.
