TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will help to contribute creator academy content.

- Responsible for the construction and management of the MCN platform, and formulate the short-term and long-term operation plan of the MCN
- Responsible for the operation of the MCN sector, familiar with the platform operation rules, maintaining a good cooperative relationship with MCNs, and being able to carry out various businesses efficiently
- Has Singaporean MCN industry insight, be able to grasp industry trends in time and implement into MCN management practices
- Responsible for planning and execution of TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) recruitment and development
- Formulate management and supporting policies for TSPs
- Coordinate internal and external teams to select, identify and secure resources for the growth of potential TSPs
- Provide ongoing support and training to TSPs to improve performance, and evaluate TSPs
- Currently studying in a recognized university
- Full time intern who can work more than 4 months is a plus (5 days a week)
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight timelines and pressure.
- Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
- An analytical and structured thinker, strong with understanding and deriving insights from data.
- Strong communication and writing skills. Good command of English.
- Prior internships in marketing, e-commerce platforms will be a bonus.
