We are looking for an independent and highly motivated Senior Marketing Communications Manager to be responsible for our communications plan to enhance SIMTech & ARTC?s brand equity in the manufacturing industry, and improve employee engagement. Reporting to Deputy Director of Marketing Communications, you will plan and execute a wide variety of external and internal communications activities and partner closely with various department heads and marketing agencies. You will also lead a team of marketing professionals to plan and execute events, campaigns and activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a small team of marketing professionals
Management and forecasting of the annual marketing communications budget.
Plan and execute S&A events with that require attendance from Political Office Holders, A*STAR Senior Management, Public Sector Leaders.
Plan, manage and develop content development across various mediums such as eNewsletters, videos, social media posts, to support business needs.
Manage external vendors for communications related jobs such as events, content development, collaterals, gifts, videos, etc.
Develop and implement collaterals to support effective selling of S&A?s technologies through brochures, websites, presentation slides, posters, etc.
Work with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Communications and business units for media publicity clearances.
Support internal communications; manage and deliver a consistent message to employees to drive engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENT
A proven background in business-to-business marketing, with minimum 7 years general marketing and communications experience.
Expertise in developing integrated communications programmes, from direct marketing, CRM, events and digital channels.
Experience in managing external agencies and suppliers.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels up to senior executive levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Strong communications skills including copy writing.
Strong project management skills, including managing multiple events simultaneously, budgeting, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail.
Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or a relevant field.
