Leading cross functional teams (Business
- B, Technical-T, Project-P), the Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) Cluster Director is responsible for:

- Delivering industry revenue through E&I memberships & technology development projects
- Taking ownership of E&I member’s account and lead a cross function team to manage and strengthen relation with executive C/B-level stakeholders.
- Providing both strategic and operational leadership in developing/executing business and technology roadmaps to grow E&I ecosystem in ARTC consortium.
- Building key customer relationships, identify business opportunities for growth, and provide leadership in negotiating and closing business deals
- Developing leads and bringing in new E&I or e-commerce players as members of ARTC
- Leading conversations and providing directions to the BTP team to capture business and technical requirements for project proposals.
- Working together with the technical and project management team and lead translation of research outcomes to business viable products.
- Provide leadership in translating research outcomes to industry adoption
- Building & managing relationships with internal ARTC or A*STAR stakeholders as well as with other public sector colleagues
- Create and implement business plan, prepare and conduct commercial growth presentations.
- Develop relationship with non E&I members so as to drive cross-industry learning and networking for ARTC members.

Job requirements
- At least 15 years experience in Energy or Oil & Gas sector
- Degree in engineering and preferably with MBA
- Experience in working in a matrix organisation and has capabilities in multiple stakeholders management
