[lta-fin] Deputy/ Assistant Manager, Collections

You will be part of the team overseeing the revenue collection and account receivables function and You will support the team’s business automation and digitalisation goals through leveraging on technology, managing enhancements to existing financial systems and end-to-end delivery of robotic processes. You will work closely with team members to understand the business and internal controls requirements, propose business process improvements, and drive end-to-end process design/re-design, conduct user requirements gathering, formulate the detailed requirements/specifications and carry out user system testing. Beyond these, you will ensure timely deployment of solutions/enhancements, prepare user guides and Standard Operating Procedures documents, provide first level support to the team members, and ensure prompt resolution to the issues. In addition, you will contribute to the design, development and testing of RPA processes.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Accountancy, Finance or Business IT
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing new initiatives/ IT projects relating to financial systems and running Finance operations
- Good working knowledge of various finance processes such as receivables and revenue collections and reconciliations
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure and tight timelines
- Excellent written and oral communication, inter-personal and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, analytical, resourceful and enjoys problem-solving
- Ability to influence and drive project to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Experience in SAP AR/SD and deploying RPA tools such as UiPath will be an advantage
