**Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Elicitation & Analysis**:Liaise with onshore IT teams and business users to define detailed functional specifications. Document data flows, data dictionaries, and data models.
- **Test Strategy & Execution**:Create and execute comprehensive test strategies, defining entry/exit criteria. Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) before UAT. Identify and prepare required test data. Report test status to stakeholders, escalating risks and issues to the project manager.
- **Production Support**:Provide Level 2/3 support for production incidents.
- **Solution Design & Development**:Analyze and transform business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating closely with development teams.
- **Documentation**:Prepare, maintain, and communicate functional documentation including detailed functional specifications, use cases, test strategy, and test cases.
- **Qualification & Testing**:Plan, prepare, and execute the qualification strategy and tests of developed solutions, ensuring timely delivery of fully tested products ready for production deployment.
- **UAT Support**:Follow up and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- **Project Management Support**:Support project planning, schedules, and milestones. Report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and determine enhancements to improve business processes and mitigate risks.

**Qualifications and Profile**:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting the development of complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment.
- **Mandatory**:

- Knowledge of project cycle methodologies (Agile preferred) and software development/testing lifecycles.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
- Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements.
- Experience writing test documents and performing functional tests.
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
