Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract Responsibilities Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for strategic projects and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. Develop process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution design and implementation. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimise business performance. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements from business users and technical teams. Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and business cases to senior management and stakeholders. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is highly desirable. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
