**Main responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee TFIL Team activities according Lean practices.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices and tooling within TFIL team.
- Plan, organize and prioritize the work assigned to the team in order to meet committed deadlines and other agreed milestones.
- Identify, evaluate and report risks and issues to ensure corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken.
- Ensure team’s activity adherence to bank’s policy and standards.
- Actively participate/contribute to GIT Paris/ISAP governance for his domain.
- Continuously monitor the satisfaction level of his/her customers and put efforts to maintain and improve it.
- Continuously monitor the quality of the deliveries and the quality of service.
- Evaluate staff member skill/knowledge and recommend training plan according Lean management (Go&See, development plan, feedbacks).
- HR Management: Recruitments, motivation and career, coaching and mentoring staffs.
- Continuous improvement of projects, run and budget.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $8,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month
