**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support Project Managers to hire and onboard / offboard project team members - Security Clearance, Onboarding/ off boarding checklist.
- Assists Project Managers in term of project administration activities such financials tracker and augmented resources renewal tracker.
- Support Project Managers in Project and Operation Documentations and tracking (including pre-audit preparations for audits).
- Track account and vulnerability compliance status and incident tracking. Prepare operational statistics, server utilization and performance metrics for weekly operations meetings to comply with key risk indicators for running projects and operations.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- A degree in business management, business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as Project Admin/ PMO or related project administrative role, preferably in IT or relevant industries.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Good interpersonal, team player, meticulous, analytical and writing skills
