**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Project Management & Execution**
- Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects related to operations and process improvement.
- Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Identify potential project or operational risks and propose mitigation plans.

**2. Operations Process & Inventory Flow**
- Analyse how inventory moves from procurement to sales to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with different teams to make daily processes more efficient.
- Support system or process updates that improve stock visibility and reporting accuracy.

**3. Data Requirements & Alignment**
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into clear data needs for reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with the data team to ensure reports and dashboards reflect accurate operational insights.
- Maintain data consistency between operations and systems to support informed decision-making.

**4. Process Improvement**
- Develop and maintain project documentation for operational workflows.
- Support automation or system integration initiatives to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through documentation, review, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Good understanding of inventory flow and business operations.
- Hands-on experience in project coordination, operations analysis, or process improvement.
- Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure process and data alignment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
