**Job Title: IT Business Solutions Project Specialist**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Respond to client sites to troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware, software, and system issues.
- Escalate major and critical incidents promptly.
- Provide user training on ERP software usage.
- Offer 1st line support for ERP software, including responding to customer calls, assisting with implementation, and coordinating with the development team for fixes.
- Test new software developments to ensure quality.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**:Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- **Experience**:At least 1 year of technical support experience (hardware, software, networking, printers, peripherals). Knowledge of Linux is a bonus
- **Skills**:Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for interacting with clients and delivering excellent support.
Basic understanding of networking and technical support principles.

**Note**:No prior ERP software or coding knowledge is required—training and mentorship will be provided.
