**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Customer Experience Specialist**to be the main in-charge of store operations, ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. This role involves handling daily store activities, assisting customers, managing payments, maintaining store upkeep, and driving individual store marketing and reputation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Operations & Maintenance**:
- Oversee daily store opening, closing, and overall upkeep (cleaning, security access, etc.).
- Ensure store premises and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
- Manage inventory, reorder supplies, and procure goods for sale.
**Customer Service & Sales**:
- Handle customer enquiries, appointments, bookings, and payments.
- Ensure a welcoming and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints.
**Marketing & Store Reputation**:
- Take charge of local store marketing efforts to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Maintain the store’s reputation by delivering excellent customer service and addressing feedback promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or store management is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and responsible with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital payment systems and basic accounts coordination.
- Passion for customer service and ensuring a positive store experience.
