The Head of Proposition
- Corporates holds responsibility for the end-to-end management of defined products and/or services within a technical area of expertise, ensuring alignment with LSEGs product strategy.

Leads all aspects of definition and planning through production, release, and end of lifecycle, with end-to-end responsibility on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions, products and services.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
Delivers against set objectives for a medium product or cluster of medium products with a considerable level of expertise and specialisation in the relevant product lines. Understands overall product roadmap and strategy, setting strategic metrics, drawing insights and conclusions from data to input into roadmap decisions.

Leads their role proactively and other’s accordingly and aligns closely with senior colleagues to meet overall objectives, providing mentoring and development for more junior colleagues. Seeks the expansion / improvement of existing products within own remit rather than the conceptualisation of new products, establishing the strategy for product and proposition developments. Actively engaged on product marketing to ensure content is appropriately provided

Ensures client engagement, communicates roadmaps to the corporate SAM community and leads on the OneLSEG strategy to drive opportunities across the broader D&A, Risk and Capital Markets businesses. Provides guidance on strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality trade-offs and release schedule for a proposition, set of propositions, products, or services.

Leads cross-functional teams in order to ensure dependencies for proposition, product or service delivery are met, following relevant lean, agile and ways of working methodologies. Works closely with client teams to gather and prioritize client feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
