**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to engage with the local stakeholders.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in project or program management or developing scalable solutions within the technology or media industry.
- Experience with the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem in Korea.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop solutions for scaling initiatives.
- Ability to manage engaging priorities and maintain organization within a fluid, changing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services and collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to develop partner-centric business plans and growth strategies.
- Drive, measure, and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
- Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating insights.
- Contribute to the scalability of Partner Operations team through solutions, efficiency gains, and thorough root cause analysis.
