We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to partner with leadership teams to define, land and execute our Partner sales priorities for BytePlus partner business. This role is responsible for defining Partner strategies, goals/targets for the business, and supporting the operations of the global and field Partner Sales through the day-to-day execution of the Partner Sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc

Analyze business trends and competitor partner business strategy, make actionable business recommendations to senior management to support driving our growth plans.
- Work with senior leadership in Partner Sales and Field Sales teams to define strategy for the business and partner programs.
- Design the key objectives, measurements and metrics for partner sales which are aligned with partner business priorities and monitor the progress. Support to accelerate partner-led business with data analysis to sales leaders.
- Design and optimize the partner business systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize channel performance.
- Provide guidance and support to channel partners for effective implementation of our products and solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Who You Are

Minimum Qualification
- At least 5+ years' experience working in Channel operations, Sales operations, Business operations areas directly engaging with sales force.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience with the design and implementation of partner policy and process, partner program etc.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a high-growth technology company, especially Cloud industry would be highly beneficial.
- Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
