**Summary of the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**: Corporate FP&A and IFRS reporting Lead the development of multiyear plan, annual operating plans, quarterly budgeting and standard setting, draft Executive presentations. Consolidate and review budget versus actual performance on a monthly basis and provide analysis to support Maxeon’s five-day month-end close process Lead finance relationship with all other planning teams in the company including manufacturing, Sales & G&A, Treasury, Deliver the CFO board and management presentations Deliver and present Corp FP&A materials and issues to senior staff and executives Drive and manage the company external guidance’s and forecast and preparations for investors/analyst’s events, including earning calls Establish and track financial metrics to drive the company success Deliver one timely and accurate manner monthly variance reports to Maxeon’s leadership team and to shareholders Drive improvements in profitability and cash flow Coordinate weekly dashboards for the executive staff meetings, Perform due diligence on joint venture, acquisitions or strategic investments.

**Minimum Requirements**: BS or Master of Finance. MBA highly desired. At least 8 to 10 years’ experience in Financial planning or equivalent area Experience with manufacturing organizations Strong finance knowledge in IFRS Experience managing international business operations desired Mobility, reactivity and high availability requested.
