As the Reporting and Insights Manager, Corporate FP&A you will lead the development of the central FP&A processes and team responsible for the design, coordination and consolidation of the total company financial reporting and solve problems that directly impact our reporting capabilities.- You will be partnering with our CFO, Head of Strategic Finance, Accounting and BU finance and business leaders to report on business results and generate actionable insights. In addition you will captain our management reporting needs and translate into system requirements implementation and enhancements to enable scalable and standardized processes to support key decision making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and run our management reporting cadence: Design, build and maintain standardized reporting for the consolidated monthly financial packages reviewed by the CFO and Senior Leadership team and other ad-hoc reporting needs
- Lead and coordinate our monthly and quarterly reporting packages including managing the close with accounting and the BU finance teams to deliver the right insights to our leadership on our business performance
- Drive process standardization and automation, prioritizing improvements that increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting (design and maintain processes for accruals, reclassifications, allocations, chart of account reviews, etc.)
- Own corporate finance reporting definitions and ensure the uses of the definitions are consistently across the organization
- Partner with Accounting, Tax, and other finance functions to provide input on management reporting needs and connect operations to tax impacts
- Recommend improvements and provide scoping and project management support for system enhancements
- Sophisticated presentation and story-telling skills: Build insightful presentations and effectively communicate a business narrative to engage on discussions with Sr. leaders in order to influence and become a trusted advisor
- Manage a team of finance professionals including day-to-day management & development, career development and coaching, and talent recruiting. Deliver team success through empowerment and accountability. Demonstrate leadership and inclusion best practices

**Requirements**:

- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Engineering
- A minimum of 10+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance - Mandatory previous Corporate / Group FP&A experience
- Systems - strong knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning and accounting systems, including previous experience with planning/budgeting system implementation
- Proven management capabilities to attract, retain and develop talent
- Outstanding analytical and Excel skills - experienced building the ‘story’ behind the numbers
- Self-starter - take initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
- Excellent communication and people skills
