**Job Summary**:As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting support to the organization. You will report to the Director of FP&A and Corporate Development and work closely with various departments and stakeholders to analyse financial data, develop budgets / forecasts, and provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires you to work at least 4 days a week from the office.

**Responsibilities including but not limited to**:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including weekly and monthly reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with department heads to develop financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Ad hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis or similar role.
- Positive attitude and highly organised with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in excel and power-point is a must.
- Driven and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
