**Job Description Summary**: The role reports directly to the AKA Technical Operation Director. This role plays integral leadership role in AKA Technical Operation and is reponsible to drive technical excellence for technical support focusing on developing deep technical expertise for remote service. The Remote Service Leader will work with the global/Intercontinental team and with the AKA Zone teams to improve remote service operation.

**Role Summary / Purpose**:
The role reports directly to the AKA Technical Operation Director. This role plays integral leadership role in AKA Technical Operation and is reponsible to drive technical excellence for technical support focusing on developing deep technical expertise for remote service. The Remote Service Leader will work with the global/Intercontinental team and with the AKA Zone teams to improve remote service operation.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Plan and drive remote fix improvement with global team, Intercontinental team and AKA zone team
- Plan and drive game plan accuracy improvement with global team, Intercontinental team and AKA zone team
- Lead remote proactive service to contribute Customer Satisfactions.
- Manage and develop On Line Engineers to improve their technical capability to contribute with customer and business.
- Plan and execute technical skill improvement for Field Engineer, especially remote technical skill.
- Drive productivity improvement through remote service activity with global team, Intercontinental team and AKA zone team

**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree in engineering, with Min 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare/medical devices industry
- Technical leadership skills to manage a team of modality product experts in the region
- Passion and energy to improve modality technical excellence
- Technical and operational experience and good knowledge for all modalities
- A desire to work with the global service and modality teams to share best practices across the Service regions and drive support from the modality teams.
- Leadership, inclusiveness and influencing skills in the AKA and global organization
- High vitality, enthusiasm and engagement to drive, coordinate and facilitate teams
- Good analytical skills and ability to drive projects and work activities to deliver outcomes

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of GE Healthcare products and passion
