**Location**: Chinatown

**Job Summary**:
This role is responsible for the direction and coordination of credit and collections procedures, policies and operations It will required to have great problem-solving, communications and analytical skills.

**What the Role Required**:
Monitor and liaise with customers to resolve outstanding queries and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
Follow up on payments, resolve past dues and highlight on any potential collection risk
Ensure monthly Key Performance Indicators such as collection rate are met
Update accounts status records and collection efforts.
Raise waivers or credit notes for customer dispute cases when necessary
Liaise with law firm on debt recovery assignments

What We Are Looking For

Min 5 years working experience in Corporate credit and collection
Must be able to cope with work pressures and have a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment with least supervision and to work cooperatively and effectively in a team.
In depth understanding of legal recovery and fraud
Possess good negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
