Rocket Debt Collection is an award winning legal debt collection agency that focuses mainly on Corporate debts. The primary focus of this role is to handle our ongoing debt recovery matters as well as to assist in identifying and pursuing additional clients and opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Receiving, recording and processing incoming debt recovery instructions
- Reviewing sales contracts and invoice documentation to ascertain quantum of outstanding debts, as well as reviewing documents and correspondence to identify any payment disputes and/or reasons for non-payment
- Advising clients on options to pursue debt recovery
- Liaising with Clients (creditors)
- Handling all correspondence and file administration in a timely manner by providing stakeholders with information and updates on recovery status
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Company’s management from time to time.

Essential skills and experience:

- Numerical and analytical abilities
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English & Mandarin proficiency essential, any other language skills welcome
- Must have class 3 license
- Must be 35 and above
- Singaporeans and PRs only
